On sending the completed pledge form, you will receive your donor card on email. Please have both sides printed as a card and sign it and keep it with you at all times. It also serves as an emergency card.Step - 3Inform Your Family
This is important. The donor card is not a legal document and the consent of the next of kin is necessary at the time of one’s death. Therefore, it is important to discuss your decision with your loved ones so that they remember, respect and honour it.
